FORT YORK NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE - 100 Garrison Rd., off Fleet Street between Bathurst and Strachan Avenue. We realize that The Fort is one of Toronto's best-kept secrets, but it's really not all that hard to get to. If coming by TTC, take the Bathurst car to the Front Street stop (just north of the CN rail corridor), walk south over the bridge toward the Lake then take the footbridge on your right westward into the Fort through the East Gates. There will be torches to greet you. Due to ongoing construction on Fleet Street we recommend that if you are coming by automobile or bicycle that you use the NEW entrance off Fort York Blvd., between Bathurst St. and Fleet St. Map here. The footbridge off Bathurst (see TTC instructions above) will also work for bicycles. Plenty of FREE PARKING.
