Salads:
Soups: I love soup. I love it for breakfast, for lunch, with dinner --- for dinner! -- and as a snack. Here are some of my favorite soups.
Mains: Can be a meal or a substantial side dish. Mainly vegetable.
Smoothies: These are standard summer breakfast fare at our house. I like something warmer in the winter (like soup... mmm) but if it's not too cold, and you have this pineapple, why not have a pineapple smoothie? Smoothies are also good snacks. I will even use them for dessert if dinner seems a bit skimpy.
